Content Submission and Community Participation Terms

Where D.O.P.E. DSW® allows submissions, listings, inquiries, media participation, editorial features, review features, collective visibility entries, engagement requests, or other forms of public-facing participation, the following terms apply unless superseded by a more specific written agreement or form-based consent:

• submissions are voluntary

• submission does not guarantee acceptance, selection, listing, feature placement, publication, booking, or partnership

• D.O.P.E. DSW® may review, edit, format, excerpt, retitle, summarize, decline, remove, or otherwise manage submitted content for clarity, alignment, accessibility, administrative processing, or promotional context

• the submitter is responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit all content and materials provided

• the submitter remains responsible for the truthfulness and lawfulness of submitted information

• D.O.P.E. DSW® may rely on submitted information for review, planning, listing, editorial, or administrative purposes

• public-facing participation may involve the use of submitted descriptions, names, organization details, images, links, or related materials as authorized through the applicable form or written permission
